James R. Swank, died Thursday evening at 6 o'clock at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Sarah Johnson, on Monon street, just north of town. He was sixty-five years of age and was an old soldier, having served to company K, Eighty-sixth Indiana McPherson post, G.A.R., will assist in the funeral services, which will be conducted by Rev. D.B. Duncan Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment at Masonic cemetery. – thanks to Kim H
